* Location: 1.5 from Tulsa, OK * Facility: 308 bed facility, stroke certified, using Epic * Coverage Needed: Scheduled clinic hours plus call. * Patient Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Only * Schedule: clinic hours plus call * Practice Details: Trauma Level: 3, Patients per shift: 8-10 * Certifications: BC, ACLS, licensed in OK or IMLC * Malpractice, travel and credentialing are taken care of on your behalf
