Job Title: Radiologic Technologist (RT)/Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) Location: League City, TX Pay Rate: Starting at $38 based on experience Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Radiologic Technologist(RT) / Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) for a fast-paced clinic in Houston, TX. This role is critical in delivering diagnostic imaging services and ensuring patient safety and care quality. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, technical proficiency, and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities: Assumes accountability for managing delivery of care and patient safety

Prepares patients for procedures, providing instructions to achieve optimal results, cooperation, and reduced anxiety

Operates CR / Digital X-ray systems and imaging equipment properly, safely, and efficiently

Performs Bone Density exams accurately and competently

Obtains and documents patient history and pertinent clinical information

Assesses patients for potential risk factors related to imaging procedures

Ensures proper patient identification and verifies demographic information in PACS

Clarifies and follows physician orders and uploads necessary documentation into PACS

Completes imaging procedures within appropriate time frames

Produces high-quality diagnostic images with correct positioning and technique

Maintains cleanliness of X-ray room following procedures, adhering to infection control standards

Qualifications: Must hold a valid LMRT certification in the State of Texas

At least 1 year experience in RT or LMRT in an outpatient, urgent care, or hospital setting preferred

Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and staff

Must be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Proficient with PACS and radiologic safety standards
