Our client, a top hospital, is seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join its Radiation Oncology team.

Position Summary:

The Radiation Therapist will deliver prescribed radiation treatments to patients under the supervision of the Radiation Therapy Manager and in accordance with established clinical protocols. This role ensures safe, accurate treatment delivery and maintains the highest standards of care, patient confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. Additional departmental responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Minimum Education & Certification Requirements:

Associates Degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent Diploma/Certification in Radiation Therapy Licensed Radiologic Technologist/Technician Radiation Therapy Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience & Skills:

12 years of experience in radiation therapy (preferred) Experience with Aria, Eclipse Treatment Planning, and Philips CT software (preferred) Proficient in healthcare informatics and the use of clinical systems for acquiring, storing, and retrieving patient data Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and the care team High-level critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Radiation Oncology team Solid understanding of radiation safety principles and familiarity with NRC regulations and other applicable standards
