ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Program and run a Zeiss CMM
Own the daily execution of our quality processes
Drive focused problem-solving and interpretation of data
Communicate clear action plans & results to leadership & colleagues
Assist in driving continual product & process improvement
Contribute to our strategy & execution beyond just your scope of responsibility
IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS Zeiss CMM programing 1-3 years.
Strong understanding of quality systems
Good problem-solving abilities
Solid analytical ability with extensive Microsoft excel & word capabilities
Experience with various measuring and testing equipment
Associate degree preferred, High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
2-5 years of experience in quality as an inspector, an auditor and or a technician.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Noise level is moderate. Safety shoes and glasses required.

Magnaflux, CMM inspection, Brinnell/hardness checking, use of overhead crane, Rheometer, Tensilometer, forklift, pallet jack, inspecting large intricate parts, physical activities for filing, lifting, pushing, pulling 500 lbs. cannot be done without RA.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work as job duties demand
