B. Braun Medical Inc., a renowned leader in infusion therapy and pain management, is seeking a QC Laboratory Associate I to join our dedicated Quality Assurance team. This role is pivotal in supporting our commitment to delivering innovative medical products and services to the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in conducting rigorous testing and quality control analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using standard laboratory techniques and instruments. Document, compile, and evaluate test data, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards. Participate in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure operational accuracy. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control protocols. Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless quality assurance processes from start to finish. Identify and report any quality anomalies to senior staff and contribute to the investigation and resolution of issues. Support regulatory audits and inspections by preparing required documentation and laboratory results. Proficiency with laboratory analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and spectrophotometers. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP guidelines.
