What you will do: We are searching for compassionate, forward thinking PTAs who optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses to devise creative, effective team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders. We are searching for Physical Therapy Assistants that have effective communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills that motivate patients to restore their physical function and mobility. Must have: Must have valid Washington PTA credentials that is in good standing Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

Pay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at Willapa Harbor Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Willapa Harbor Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Willapa Harbor Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington as stated below:

Pay Range: Full-time: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour depending on experience PRN/On-Call: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour depending on experience
