We are looking for Line Cooks to join our fast-growing team to provide high quality food and an unparalleled experience to our members and guests. This is a part-time position with a general schedule as follows:

Wednesday 10am-6:00pm, and Thursday-Saturday 4:00pm-9:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, clean, and break down work areas promptly.
• Prepare and cook food following WindRiver guidelines and food safety standards.
• Monitor and record food storage temperatures; perform quality checks.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
• Use and store cleaning chemicals in line with MSDS protocols.
• Handle, label, rotate, and report on inventory and deliveries.
• Assist with menu planning and provide feedback.
• Follow all opening/closing checklists, routines.
• Maintain professional appearance, hygiene, and behavior.
• Report injuries and equipment issues immediately.
• Attend required staff meetings and trainings.

• Minimum 1 year of food service experience.
• Culinary certification preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment (required)
• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong understanding of food prep, safety, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to follow procedures, safety rules, and health regulations.
• Excellent communication; team-oriented and adaptable.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to bend, stoop, climb stairs, twist, kneel, lift, push, and pull items weighing 55lbs. Must be able to stand and continuously move throughout the workday. Must be willing to work outdoors and be comfortable in varying weather.
