About the Role Provide expert planning and scheduling services to project teams. Develop comprehensive strategies, incorporating deliverables into project schedules. Create detailed project life cycles and master schedules, integrating all disciplines and vendors. What You Will Do Under general guidance, perform primary duties of a Project Planner/Scheduler and: • Develop and maintain project schedules using specialized software. • Prepare project plans and work with strategy documents to develop integrated project master schedules. • Coordinate with project teams to collect relevant information for planning and monitoring functions. • Conduct meetings as required to support planning and coordination needs. • Ensure effective application of policies and procedures, including reporting requirements. • Collect/report progress, evaluate variances, develop resolution plans, and coordinate issue resolution. • Analyze manpower/materials resources and progress curves as needed. • Produce reports and presentations to support project needs and management reporting. • Assist in preparing schedule specifications for contract bid packages and determine Key Dates for project oversight. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years experience in engineering/construction planning and scheduling or themed entertainment planning/coordination, including: • Critical Path Method scheduling experience with scheduling software. • Construction, production, and/or design experience. Preferred Qualifications Desired working knowledge of graphical programs and ability to provide visual presentations. Possess basic understanding of design and construction progress measurement, including earned value analysis. Work experience in theme parks, cruise lines, major resorts, or show/ride product lines. Education • BS degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
