The Program Manager, Strategy & Growth will focus on planning and facilitating high-impact projects. This position requires strong critical thinking and the ability to effectively communicate and influence a diverse set of key stakeholders. This position necessitates exposure to planning and executing strategic initiatives, demonstrating the ability to manage competing deadlines while adhering to budgetary constraints and optimizing resource utilization. The Program Manager will facilitate the detailed planning and execution of initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination, while mentoring and recognizing the distinct responsibilities of supporting team members. In addition to the successful go-live of an initiative or project, the Program Manager will also monitor performance and present to key stakeholders, as appropriate. This role requires a strategic thinker with exposure to successful strategic initiative development and execution management. The Program Manager must be high energy, committed to producing collective and individual results, and possess the drive and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, team-based environment. You Will Be Responsible For:
Strategic Initiative Planning and Execution:
Support planning and execution of cross-functional projects across diverse healthcare initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and overarching strategic plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Division to define comprehensive, integrated strategic initiatives, project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and key measures of success.
Demonstrate competency in overseeing planning and defining key initiatives, operational implementation, and transitions, ensuring seamless workflows, and project success.
Develop and deploy relevant tools to streamline and optimize initiative planning and execution, optimizing team communication and collaboration.
Oversee day-to-day project activities with a focus on scalable outcomes and optimal resource utilization.
Utilize advanced project management methodologies and encourage adoption of best practices.
Leadership and Team Development:
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless initiative planning and execution support across multiple complex projects.
Facilitate ongoing collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and other cross-functional teams.
Inform and utilize team expertise to track deliverables, timelines, and readiness committees.
Foster a collaborative environment that propels successful project development, outcomes, and scalability.
Guide team members, contributing to their professional growth, and the overall success of the team.
Strategic Vision and Planning - Process Optimization and Scalability:
Inform and support the development of forward-thinking strategic plans and initiatives with a key focus on aligning with the Divisions overarching goals.
Contribute to building a playbook that ensures future projects are scalable, streamlining processes for enhanced efficiency.
Support the creation of comprehensive tools to view project status, while also capturing department-level operational tasks crucial for tracking initiative and project implementation.
Take a proactive role in aligning these initiatives with broader organizational goals, showcasing a commitment to innovation and streamlined project management approaches.
Identify opportunities for process optimization within the context of scalable project execution.
Inform and implement scalable standardized procedures to streamline project management tasks.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance overall project efficiency and scalability.
Strategic Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Division to define comprehensive project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Collaborate strategically with internal functional teams and external partners, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with market expansion initiatives demonstrating a broader impact on organizational growth.
Provide regular, strategic updates to stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and addressing challenges.
Strategic Contribution:
Inform and draft strategic recommendations to guide decision-making in the planning and execution of high-impact strategic projects.
Maintains awareness of advanced research and analysis of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Support the development of forward-thinking strategic plans leveraging relevant data sources and internal dashboards.
Presents findings, improvements, and strategies to stakeholders through comprehensive presentations.
Monitors relevant timelines and delivers regular reports to cross-functional stakeholders. These reports will vary to cover performance indicators offering a comprehensive assessment of the success of project implementation.

Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in related field

Demonstrated business acumen, intelligence, and capacity; able to think strategically and implement tactically.

Finance orientation with exposure to budgeting, analyzing, planning, and pro forma development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to express ideas and points of view to inform/influence key stakeholders through public speaking, presentations, reports, and professional correspondence.
Approaches work as an integrated system. Ability to understand major objectives and break them down into meaningful action steps.
Self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to the work, and a passion to deliver results. Must be able to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, strategic environment.
Project and process management skills, with a clear ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with proficiency in advanced project management tools and software.
