Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Project Manager with mid-level experience to lead initiatives in Privacy and Consent Management , with a strong focus on OneTrust implementation . The ideal candidate will have hands-on project management experience, knowledge of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and a proven track record of driving privacy technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end OneTrust platform implementation for privacy and consent management. Collaborate with legal, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to align privacy requirements and project goals. Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets across multiple workstreams. Facilitate privacy impact assessments (PIAs), consent records, and cookie compliance workflows. Drive configuration and testing of consent modules, preference centers, and DSAR automation within OneTrust. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and risk/issue logs. Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations and internal policy frameworks. Coordinate training, change management, and communication plans across the organization. Qualifications: 4–7 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in privacy, data governance, or compliance-related initiatives. Hands-on experience with OneTrust or similar privacy management platforms is required . Familiarity with global privacy laws (e.g., GDPR , CCPA , LGPD , etc.). Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. PMP, CIPP, or relevant certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: Agile or hybrid project delivery experience. Technical familiarity with APIs, web tagging (cookie scripts), or data mapping tools. Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional teams.
