The Project Manager will be a liaison between the B2C (Business to Consumer) and B2B (Business to Business) Marketing teams and an external creative agency. This role includes sending the agency creative briefs once vetted by content managers, managing SLAs and backlog requests, communicating necessary changes/edits to assets, and managing the asset QA process between the agency and Marketing stakeholders.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU - Managing the Marketing teams workflow with an external creative agency end to end - Communicating stakeholder and brand-related feedback to the agency until assets are approved - Managing project SLAs and backlog requests based on priority and impact to the business - Managing the final asset QA process between marketing stakeholders and regional marketers to ensure all translations and design nuances have been accounted for - Maintaining the content team project tracker
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS - 5+ years experience with project management - Experience working with a creative design agency and familiarity with the creative process - Strong bias for action and willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment and able to manage multiple priorities - Strong organizational skills - Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communication or other related field or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Previous experience in online retail / marketing - Aptitude for being organized with flexibility to deliver results in a fast-paced environment - Ability to identify better ways of working at scale through building new mechanisms and processes
