About the Role: We are currently seeking a Project Engineer and Project Manager with strong WWTP construction experience. This role supports the project team throughout the construction lifecycle to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery of public infrastructure projects. What you’ll be doing Support bid preparation, scope development, and subcontractor/supplier solicitation Assist with pre-construction planning and ongoing project meetings Maintain and update project schedules; distribute weekly to internal teams Manage permitting, drawing submittals, and change orders Track and log labor, equipment, and material costs daily/weekly Code delivery tickets for payment processing Prepare and distribute production tracking and cash flow reports Support project closeout including final quantities, change orders, and document releases About YOU: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management required (Master’s preferred) 5–7 years of progressive experience in Water/Wastewater plant construction Experience with ADOT and CMAR projects is a strong plus Proficiency in Excel, Word, SureTrak (Primavera), Prolog/Expedition, CAD, or similar tools preferred Working knowledge of CSI codes, specifications, and standards Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans/specs Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to deliver high-quality work on deadline across multiple projects Comfortable handling owner/client communication and pressure situations Willingness and ability to travel to job sites Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record Why apply?
