We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in eCommerce platforms and systems integration to lead the continuation of a high-impact eCommerce initiative. The current business lead (Americas eCommerce Manager) is transitioning out of the company, and we are looking to onboard a skilled Project Manager quickly to ensure a smooth handover and continued momentum.

This individual will take over the application-side ownership of eCommerce assets across the Americas , working across teams to support the rollout of a new eCommerce platform developed by our parent company. The ideal candidate brings strong PM skills, understands complex system environments, and has experience delivering integrated eCommerce solutions.

Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary Project Manager for the Americas region overseeing the eCommerce systems project . Facilitate knowledge transfer from the current business lead within the first 2 weeks of engagement. Coordinate and drive the integration of the new eCommerce platform with existing ERP and business systems. Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time rollout and adoption. Collaborate with global and regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and rollout to production environments. Provide ongoing project documentation, status reporting, and issue resolution. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager working in system integration environments. Hands-on experience managing eCommerce or web platform projects. Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they integrate with frontend platforms. Ability to manage hybrid and remote teams across multiple business units and time zones. 5+ years of experience
