Responsibilities:
• The Program Manager Level II provides management and technical direction to program personnel. Will regularly exercise independent judgment, as well as a high-level of analytical skill in solving complex technical, administrative and managerial problems.
• Will be responsible for all aspects of program performance.
o (1) Be responsible for all aspects of program performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial);
o (2) Manage all aspects of program activity;
o (3) Provide technical and financial reports in order to show progress to Corporate management and customers;
o (4) Maintain customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations;
o (5) Assume the initiative and provide support to Corporate management in identifying future requirements;
o (6) Develop, maintain, and implement a Program Management Plan that guides the performance of all functional activities performed on the Program.
Required qualifications/skills:
• The minimum education requirement is a Bachelor's Degree in an associated discipline (or equivalent)
• At least 4 years of related experience in accessing computer systems, data entry/data verification and/or cleanup, 1 of which must be in a supervisory role
