Job Details
Key *
Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Operate and monitor automated systems and equipment using HMIs. Lead, train, and mentor production staff to achieve performance goals. Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for resolution. Maintain accurate production records and reports using digital systems. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMPs, and company policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce downtime.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or related field preferred. 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or similar automated production environment. Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection procedures. Knowledge of production parameters (temperature, speed, composition, etc.) Being capable of starting and stopping systems and machinery Being capable of working in computer-supported production environment (following production on screens) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
