As a Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift with Trane Technologies, you will use your passion for quality and cost effectiveness in manufacturing to help lead our team in Rushville, IN. You will monitor and coordinate the daily operation of a high-volume, lean manufacturing environment, and partner with other department leads/supervisors to achieve team and plant goals.

What you will do:
Responsible for overall performance of the team, focusing on safety, quality, cost, time, and output.
Supervise materials usage to ensure a smooth production flow.
Support ongoing plant programs and goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with other department supervisors/leaders in Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
Regularly communicate goals and plant-wide initiatives with the leadership team and all members.
Engage in training, development, and fostering positive employee relations.

What we expect of you:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience.

Compensation: Base Pay Range: $63,000-$90,000
