About The Role:

This position supports video conferencing applications and infrastructure capabilities. You will work with Audio Visual systems and web platforms to manage small meetings up to department-wide events. Responsibilities include producing Webinars and TEAMs meetings, creating invites, coordinating presentations, and recording sessions. You'll also install and configure new conference systems for seamless integration with MS-TEAMS, O365, and Webex platforms. Support security applications, hardware, and software environments, including facility access, surveillance systems, digital signage, and visitor management. Generate and submit technical communication and configuration requirements for applications and manage user access permissions. Lead efforts to extend data networks into new or renovated structures, coordinating with vendors and department resources. Ensure all required components for network expansion are quoted and PO requests submitted; oversee equipment delivery and installation. Support compliance with technology standards by providing information for ARB network diagrams and Firewall rules. Interface with management to resolve applications, network connections, and other technology issues. Produce and maintain technical and user system documentation to ensure asset maintenance and operational delivery.
