Product Commercialization Manager
Your role:
As the Product Commercialization Manager, you will be responsible for the leading of cross-functional teams and hands-on management of projects that deliver new or renovated products for our customers which in turn drive value to Ardent Mills. Projects will be managed within the framework of a Stage Gate business decision process where key deliverables are defined by stage. This role will also support the continuous improvement of the Stage Gate process itself.

Core Responsibilities Lead innovation, renovation, and other product-related projects from Ideation to Commercialization.
Employ custom and traditional project management tools and skills to create project plans and timelines, track tasks, assess financials, manage scope, log risks and project information in an organized fashion.
Become knowledgeable of basic roles and responsibilities of the various functions within the organization to ensure proper resourcing and task assignment.
Align the work and output of each project with the specified deliverables for each stage of the gated process.
Prepare required documents and support project leads in presenting project reviews at the Stage Gate Committee meetings.
Manage relationships and communications with all stakeholders, ensuring each project is delivered satisfactorily.
Serve as SME and steward of the New Product Stage Gate Process.
Support the Program Manager - Product Innovation in identifying and implementing New Product Stage Gate Process continuous improvement initiatives.
Liaise with the Enterprise PMO to stay connected with available tools, best practices, and other project management related competences.
Essential Skills and Experience Minimum 3yrs project management experience.
4-year degree or equivalent related experience.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Proven track record in leading teams. Able to influence and motivate others and resolve conflict.
Exceptional time management. Flexible and organized. Self-driven, can productively work with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage time effectively, lead multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a very dynamic work environment with changing priorities.
Positive attitude, high integrity, strong work ethic, demonstrate ownership and accountability.
Able to work with a variety of software tools for project planning, data sharing and working with virtual teams. High proficiency in common software applications such as Teams, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project or similar project planning tools.
Willing to learn, continuously growing business acumen and project management skills.
Good to Have Food and beverage (Including ingredient) industry experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
Experience with new product projects and launches, and with Stage Gate processes.
Portfolio and program management experience.
Familiar with the basic key functions within typical Manufacturing companies, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Legal, others.
PMP certified or other academic project management credentials.

Competitive Compensation:
We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $86,200.00 - $114,915.90, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - MIP, 10% Annual.
