Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN Peter Becker Community – Harleysville, PA ✨ Position Summary:

Peter Becker Community, a top-rated senior living community, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis . In this role, you’ll provide high-quality resident care, oversee nursing unit operations during your shifts, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements — all while bringing compassion, professionalism, and heart to your work. Responsibilities: Provide resident-centered nursing care in line with care plans and policies

Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit and ensure schedules/procedures are followed

Allocate work assignments, train staff, and participate in evaluations

Conduct resident assessments, notify physicians as needed, and update care plans

Administer and monitor medications/treatments per guidelines

Ensure infection control, safety measures, and emergency protocols are in place

Maintain accurate records and coordinate care across shifts

Communicate compassionately with residents, families, physicians, and care teams

Contribute to Care Conferences and attend meetings/in-services

✅ Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Registered Nurse License – State of Pennsylvania (Required)

❤️ BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – Current and valid

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Long-term care or senior living experience preferred

Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and assisting residents in emergencies
