Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm , is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its growing Privacy & Cyber Litigation Practice Group</strong>(link removed) This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level litigator to work at the forefront of data privacy and cybersecurity litigation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position is open in multiple of the firms offices nationwide and offers the chance to contribute to high-stakes litigation with national implications.

Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record (link removed)> Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing (link removed)> 35 years of substantive experience in litigation and case management (link removed)> Demonstrated experience leading fact investigations , researching legal issues , and developing litigation strategies (link removed)> Proficient in drafting pleadings (including answers) , motions to dismiss , and motions for summary judgment (link removed)> Experience conducting and defending depositions and negotiating with opposing counsel (link removed)> Comfortable managing day-to-day case activity and client communications with limited supervision.

Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act or other privacy-related statutes is highly desirable (link removed)> Federal judicial clerkship experience is preferred (link removed)> Soft Skills: Excellent legal writing, research, communication, and analytical skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of complex litigation matters, with a focus on privacy and cyber-related issues (link removed)> Lead factual investigations and discovery efforts in active cases.

Draft high-quality pleadings , motions , and briefs in response to litigation developments.

Represent clients in depositions , negotiations , and hearings (link removed)> Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute case strategies.

Maintain strong and trusted client relationships across a variety of industries and case types.

Compensation & Benefits</h3>

Highly Competitive Salary: $250,000 $305,000 , commensurate with experience.
