*Thermo Heating Elements, LLC*, a light manufacturer of mirror heating systems for the automotive industry, is seeking a hardworking, self-motivated individual to set-up and operate automated printing and finishing equipment. Previous experience a plus but not required.

Individual must have good mechanical and communication skills, reliable transportation and be punctual. Hours are *Monday thru Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. *half-hour lunch break*. * We offer a solid benefits package, including paid vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, health insurance, and retirement plan, eligible after 90-day probation period, bi-weekly pay schedule *WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU WILL BE ACHIEVING: *
Oversee all activities related to set-up and operation of the Printing Presses and Automated finishing equipment.
Checking printed circuits produced for proper quality specifications.
Organize print room area to increase production and improve efficiency. Stretch, burn and evaluate screens on an ongoing basis.
Manage print room personnel (print feeder and assistant printer)
Monitor raw material inventory levels of all print room and screen burning materials
Maintenance of all related machinery
Run and maintain the trimmer
Run and maintain tape slitter
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
