We are seeking a passionate Principal Product Manager to champion the reimagining of product design, user interfaces and experiences in EHR order management. By creating modern, user-centric solutions and thoughtfully incorporating intelligent automation, you will drive superior clinician adoption and satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you will partner with cross-functional teams (including engineering, UX/UI, AI/ML, and product marketing), as well as key clinical stakeholders, to define and deliver a roadmap of industry-leading, scalable product features. Your efforts will directly shape Oracles next-generation portfolio while transforming both provider and patient experiences across the healthcare ecosystem. Your leadership and vision will set new standards in user-centered design and workflow excellence for order management./ppYour Qualifications/pp 7+ years of professional experience in product management or clinical informatics/pp 3+ years of proven track record in delivering successful software products for healthcare software solutions, electronic health records (EHR), or similar regulated products./pp Familiarity with order entry, medication management, medication reconciliation, ePrescribe, and order fulfillment processes in both acute and ambulatory care settings/pp Experience working with or within EHR systems (ex. Oracle Cerner Millennium, Epic, or Meditech)/pp Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML-enabled decision support, and healthcare interoperability standards (ex.
