Position Overview: The Pricing team is responsible for coordination and execution of all . and America Latina pricing. We are seeking an experienced and analytical Pricing Manager to support pricing strategy development and execution. This role will be pivotal in ensuring competitive and profitable pricing models across various markets, driving business objectives while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. As the Pricing Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, and finance, to develop pricing frameworks that align with the company’s strategic goals. Your expertise in pricing analytics and team development will be critical in optimizing pricing performance and contributing to Victaulic's overall profitability. Key Responsibilities: Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvements in pricing processes and tools. Lead or support projects aimed at optimizing pricing workflows, systems integration, and pricing accuracy.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to any pricing analysts or specialists on the team. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and performance-driven results.
Pricing Strategy Support: Support the creation, implementation, and ongoing management of comprehensive pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance market competitiveness. Ensure strategies align with the company’s overall sales and profitability goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and other stakeholders across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management) to ensure alignment of pricing initiatives with broader business objectives.
Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize advanced data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of pricing strategies. Prepare detailed reports for senior management that include pricing trends, variances, and performance metrics. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Pricing Policy Compliance: Ensure all pricing strategies comply with corporate guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Lead efforts to improve processes for pricing governance, consistency, and documentation.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (., Certified Pricing Professional) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or a related field, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Experience in B2B markets is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in pricing software, (Salesforce preferred), ERP systems
Expertise in Microsoft Excel using advanced formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs and VBA scripting; SQL Server 2017, including SQL Packages; creating queries, and Business Intelligence tools (Qlik / Tableau / Power BI) - (sophisticated modeling, manipulating and analyzing large data sets,
Standard proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is required
Understanding pricing dynamics, cost structures, and profitability metrics.

Excellent relationship building skills with proven experience to work collaboratively with diverse, cross functional stakeholders while gaining cooperation and engagement.
Highly skilled in working in a faced-paced environment with multiple and competing priorities with the ability to plan appropriately to meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
Ability to interpret large amounts of financial and non-financial data and summarize it to present meaningful information to various levels of management.
