What You'll Do:


As a Lead Teacher, youll:

• Guide and inspire a classroom of young learners through hands-on activities and engaging lesson plans
  
  
• Create a safe, clean, and nurturing environment where children feel free to be themselves
  
  
• Partner with families through regular communication, conferences, and developmental updates
  
  
• Collaborate with leadership to plan enriching learning experiences and track student progress
  
  
• Support and uphold all safety and licensing standards
  
  

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous experience in a licensed early childhood program
  
  
• Understands the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
  
  
• Holds a 2-year degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  
  
• Meets local childcare regulatory agency requirements
  
  
• Can lift up to 35 lbs. to ensure child safety and respond to emergency needs
