Our ideal candidate has great customer service skills and can tackle everything from fielding customer concerns and scheduling appointments for our service department to making accurate calls about vehicle warranty protections. Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly + bonus Responsibilities: Address customer concerns and conduct thoughtful follow-up to ensure they are happy with repair work Oversee the schedule for service department technicians’ repairs Appropriately file all automotive documents such as maintenance records, invoices, repair orders, and more Draft and review service contract coverage, warranty protections, cost estimates, work orders, and other documents for necessary repairs by service technicians Leverage automotive technology and product knowledge to clearly address customer needs and share the status of service appointments Provide detailed quotes and follow up with customers Review repairs and create invoices Install and diagnose pool automation Installation and programming of variable speed pumps Troubleshoot plumbing and equipment leaks for repair or replacement, including pumps, filters, plumbing, valves, and check valves Identify equipment models and part numbers for replacement Installation of motors, variable speed pumps, filters, timers, pool lights, salt systems, or automation Keep records of services performed, including pictures Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining their pool Qualifications: High school diploma or GED is mandatory Possess a valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record Exemplary Microsoft Office program and general computer skills are mandatory Previous experience working as a service technician or in a service department a plus Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary Three years or more in residential pool repairs Able to diagnose plumbing problems and repair Pool Automation experience Heater troubleshooting experience Electrical knowledge, including both high and low voltage Problem-solving skills Must be able to pass a criminal background check About Company Sea Breeze Pools has served the community for over 18 years.
