We are now seeking a Plant Operations / Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!
The Plant Operations | Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance including grounds-keeping.
What you'll do: • Track all expenditures of the department budget and maintain a record of all work accomplished. • Assist in coordination of community events. • Personally perform maintenance and room turn tasks • Work as part of the management team. • Maintain deadline awareness and strive to meet each one. • Coordinate service from outside vendors for mechanical systems. • Maintain fire inspection records and all other inspections pertaining to the licensure of the community.
What you'll bring: • Previous experience in custodial/maintenance areas. • Previous management experience. • High School diploma or equivalent. • Boiler license preferred.
