Plant Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an Experienced Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop a growing maintenance team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position requires a hands-on leader with a strong technical background , capable of supervising daily operations and driving continuous improvement efforts. Location: Londonderry, NH Shift: 1st Shift | Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team (currently two direct reports, with plans to expand). Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and production efficiency. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and support operational goals. Apply Lean manufacturing principles to improve processes and operational performance. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotics and PLC interfaces. Support training and development of maintenance staff. Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment. Strong technical background in mechanical systems, electronics, or automation. Experience working with PLCs, robotics, and computerized systems. Journeymans or electrical license preferred but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based maintenance tools. Desired Skills and Experience
