Pilates Reformer Instructor - Bentonville, AR

Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a certified & experienced Pilates Reformer Instructor to join the whole health team at our state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas. In this role, you'll provide expert guidance and instruction in Pilates exercises on the Reformer machine, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to enhance their strength, flexibility, and well-being. Instructors will lead classes of up to 6 participants and also provide semi-private/private reformer classes.

Responsible for providing clear and effective instruction on the proper use of Pilates Reformer equipment. Demonstrate exercises and techniques to clients while ensuring correct form and alignment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Pilates Reformer certification required.
• Adult & pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $40 - $45/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
