Elevate Your Pilates Career with Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC)

Position: Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor

Location: FFC Union Station

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Compensation: $45 - $66 per session (based on experience & certifications). New instructors earn bonuses of $500-$1000/month for meeting goals in the first 3 months.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Full Studio Pilates Certification or plan to complete within 6 months
• CPR/AED certification
• Strong educational skills for client instruction
• Knowledge of Pilates benefits & safety

Your Role:

• Build Your Schedule: Keep weekly appointments & ensure quality service
• Sales: Grow your client base through training (sales training provided)
• Environment: Maintain a clean, safe space for members
• Client Engagement: Assist with exercise guidance & spotting
• Promote Programs: Help match members to FFC offerings
• Continuous Learning: Attend meetings & education session
