Burger Rehabilitation Systems, Inc. has provided therapy services since 1978. We currently seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team in Natomas. This is a full-time position offered with a full benefit package with the opportunity to work four ten-hour days or five eight-hour days. . . . and YES, we have premium-free healthcare insurance!! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: · Supervision of support staff in the clinical area · Provide direct patient care as prescribed including evaluation and treatment planning · Review physician's referral and patient's medical records to help determine diagnosis and required physical therapy treatment · Collaborate with other personnel in developing and implementing physical therapy care plans · Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in patient's chart or enter information into computer · Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation · Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit · Instruct patient and family in treatment procedures to be continued at home · Participate in educational activities of the service · Participate in clinical studies · Perform other duties as assigned
