Key Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising PT to improve patient outcomes. Provide hands-on therapy to help patients regain functional mobility. Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring compliance with therapy goals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies to maintain progress. Qualifications: Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Illinois or eligibility to obtain licensure.
