Requirements Minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation; 5-8 years preferred. Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred. Extensive jury trial experience with at least 5+ first chair trial verdicts; 10+ preferred. Exceptional communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
