This is a work-from-home position. Compensation: $80,000+ bonus Responsibilities: Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end Research case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case Converse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather information Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired Proficiency in computers is vital Experience as a law clerk at a personal injury law firm is a plus.
