Henderson, Nevada Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking an experienced Case Manager. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required.

Job Summary

Must be able to handle a large caseload, have strong customer service and clerical skills.

Must know how to handle a claim from intake to settlement.

Responsibilities

Strong Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
Ability to Handle Large Volume of Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Cases
Extraordinary Customer Service Skills
Assist clients in navigating medical providers and procedures
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail is a must.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Case Manager preferred
  • Familiarity with personal injury procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with document management experience
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Team player
