Salary: $130-170K DOE

Job Description: Take, review, and administer full depositions/oral hearings of cases witnesses and experts. Prepare all documents required to file cases for a caseload of 150  Work with paralegals to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case that goes to trial. Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences, based on cased requirements. Review discovery documents and determine the best course of action for the client in each case. Supervise two paralegals. Personal Injury Attorney Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Plaintiff PI Attorney.
