Boost Home Healthcare Greater Boston is soon to be Medicare-certified, ACHC-accredited home health agency based in Brookline, MA. We're building our per diem PTA team and looking for a licensed PTA to support physical therapy visits in the Brookline, Boston, Cambridge, Newton, Wellesley, Quincy, and Milton area on your schedule, with no visit minimums and no large-agency red tape.

If you're already working full-time or part-time and want supplemental home health visits that fit around your primary job, this is built for you. Note: compensation is paid per visit, not per hour. The rate shown at the bottom of this posting reflects a system default and does not accurately represent our per-visit structure.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions in the patient's home as delegated by and under the supervision of the supervising Physical Therapist and plan of care
• Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
• Complete visit documentation accurately and on time in compliance with Medicare, ACHC, and agency policies
• Communicate patient progress, changes in status, and any clinical concerns to the supervising PT promptly
• Participate in care coordination with the clinical team and patient's physician as needed

What we're looking for:

• Active Massachusetts PTA license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• 1+ year of home health or outpatient/rehab experience preferred; strong new grads considered
• CPR/BLS certification (Healthcare Provider level)
• Reliable transportation, valid MA driver's license, and current auto insurance
• Available for at least 24 visits per week (flexible on timing)
