We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our physician-owned pediatric primary care practice in Atascadero, CA (San Luis Obispo County):

• Our practice was established in 1985 and remains the only pediatric primary care practice in a community of more than 30,000 residents, offering the incoming provider an excellent opportunity to build a thriving practice.
• We are looking for a provider who has planted roots in the community (or intends to), as we strongly value continuity of care. We have a strong reputation in the community with very loyal patients, and often find ourselves caring for second (and sometimes third) generations.
• Our team is comprised of 2 board certified pediatricians, 1 pediatric nurse practitioner, and a tenured support staff that work collaboratively to best serve our patients.
• We provide the full spectrum of outpatient p ediatric primary care for ages 0-18 , including w ell visits, sick visits, school and sports physicals, and some minor outpatient procedures.
• Our full-time schedule is 3 days per week, though the option to work part-time is also available; flexible hours and no evenings or weekends. There is no call obligation for advanced practitioners.

Qualifications:

• Pediatric experience is preferred, but new graduates with pediatric interest are welcome to apply
• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
• State licensure and board certification are required

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
