Responsibilities include: \n\n \n\t Provide high-quality, compassionate pediatric care in an outpatient clinic setting \n\t Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions in children \n\t Build strong connections with patients and families, fostering a supportive environment \n\t Participate in rotating on-call duties as needed \n\t Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including subspecialists, nursing staff, and on-call triage \n\t Ensure patient care is aligned with best practices and medical guidelines \n\t Engage in continuing medical education and professional development \n \n\n

Qualifications \n\n \n\t Board-eligible or board-certified in pediatrics (if board-eligible, certification must be obtained within 2 years of residency completion) \n\t Must possess a valid Virginia medical license \n\t Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care \n\t Excellent rapport with children and families \n \n\n
