Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Active state licensure for speech-language pathology
- Experience with pediatric and school-based speech-language services preferred
- Ability to collaborate well with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to middle school students, both in individual and group settings
- Assess, plan, and implement IEP goals in coordination with school teams
- Document student progress, maintain service logs, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Provide strategies and support for teachers and caregivers to foster student communication skills
- Participate in meetings and contribute to each student’s educational plan
