Requirements for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) Current, active Texas RN or LVN license Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online) G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train

*Bonus for eligible cases only. The eligible employee will receive $500 for every 250 billable hours worked up to $2,500. Parents and/or Guardians of a Care Options for Kids clients or a potential Care Options for Kids clients are not eligible to receive a bonus.
