Circle Creek Therapy is looking for a friendly and proactive Patient Services Representative to help create an outstanding experience for our patients. This key role supports the clinic by answering calls, checking in patients, collecting copays, and managing appointments. Key Responsibilities: Answer Phones: Be the first point of contact, assisting callers with questions and directing them to the right staff member. Check-In Patients: Welcome patients, verify appointments, and ensure necessary paperwork is completed accurately. Collect Copays: Handle payment processing in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner. Schedule/Reschedule Appointments: Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, focusing on a seamless patient experience. Core Values: Flexible: Adapt easily to changing needs while maintaining a positive attitude, ensuring a smooth experience for patients and staff. Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service or administrative role supporting a medical clinic is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer programs and scheduling software; Raintree EMR experience is a plus! Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
