Job Summary and Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Responsible for executing various clerical and secretary functions for the department: answer and direct phone calls, computer entry of patient data, exam entry, registrations/reception of patients, fulfillment of film requests, patient scheduling, referrals, enhancing patient experience by minimizing wait times, and providing other similar tasks.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: One (1) year clerical and/or receptionist experience required. Computer / typing skills Use of various office equipment including fax/copier Able to read, speak and write English Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Office preferred Medical Terminology preferred Experience in a hospital or medical clinic preferred.
