H2 Health is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team in Midwest City, OK. As the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Coordinator plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and organized experience. We are looking for someone with a solid background in insurance verification, authorizations, and patient billingsomeone who brings both professionalism and compassion to their role.
Requirements
What Youll Do: Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records Communicate with clinical staff to support seamless care Handle billing questions and collect patient payments Maintain a clean and organized front office environment What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a medical office setting Strong knowledge of insurance processes and billing Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and organizational abilities A team player with a heart for patient care PM21V
