Hourly Pastry opportunities may include: Pastry Line/Dinner Cook
Basic Qualifications : You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for these roles Passion for Pastry & Baking and delighting our Guests with food! Strong experience with cakes, plated desserts, and working in banquet and restaurant environments Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field/restaurants, or culinary degree and equivalent experience Ability to follow and understand recipes in a mass volume environment Multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment Demonstrate a desire to provide excellent guest service and be part of a team Strong listening skills and ability to take direction Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.
