Description:
Fast paced organized mass preparation of all bulk pastry items including sauces, doughs, batters, etc. Following recipes to exact specifications, proper put away of orders utilizing first in first out (FIFO) procedure while keeping everything organized and clean. Fulfilling commissary orders as well as corporate accounts. Initial opening day policy and procedures for safety and sanitation. You will report directly to the Executive Pastry Chef(EPC)for any and all questions regarding your job.

Requirements:
-Accurate monitoring of daily checklists and pastry orders.

-Organization of pastry items including reach-ins, freezer, and dry goods.

-Following recipes and noting any small changes to improve quality or efficiency.

-Supporting all the pastry team as needed and having a "can-do" attitude.

-Supporting leadership with any request and helping all fellow staff as needed.

-Having a positive and motivated attitude to get the job done while focusing on efficiency and guest experience!
