What are we looking to add to our team?
Our Part-Time Workplace Experience Coordinator will help create a welcoming, well-run office environment at our Bellevue HQ. This on-site role (25 hours/week, Monday–Friday) supports daily operations, fosters a positive workplace culture, and builds strong relationships—perfect for someone who's organized, proactive, and people-focused, with potential to grow into a full-time position.
What you will be doing:- Greet and assist employees, visitors, and delivery personnel; verify identities as needed; and oversee visitor management tools to support day-to-day logistics.
- Manage the shared operations inbox, responding to day-to-day requests and ensuring timely communication.
- Manage office supplies, mail/package deliveries, and maintain a tidy, well-stocked kitchen and common areas.
- Oversee snack and beverage operations, including daily restocking, supply tracking, coffee machine upkeep, and vendor coordination.
- Liaise with building management and external vendors for routine office needs.
- Manage the daily lunch program, including order tracking, vendor coordination, and communicating updates or delays to the office.
- Assist with onboarding tasks such as assembling and mailing new hire kits, setting up desks, and giving office tours.
- Support in-office events in partnership with the Culture & Engagement Committee.
- Maintain and update workplace policies, SOPs, and internal resources.
- Jump in on special projects as needed.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or office coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new tools
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude
Primary job functions require on-site presence in Bellevue office for approximately 5 hours per day, Monday-Friday and physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (25 pounds).

Base Salary Hiring Range: $23-$28 hourly
FLSA: Non-Exempt
