Title Part-Time Weekend Medication Delivery

Description Responsibilities include: Provide direct services to persons with severe and persistent mental illness, including pick up of medications for delivery, calling clients to arrange time of delivery, use of motivational interviewing and good rapport with clients to provide the service in a respectful and collaborative manner, and drop off of materials to the office after medication delivery. Coordinate with CSP team members regarding client medication delivery and any pertinent client information that would contribute to the ability of the team to provide effective services Complete all paperwork in a thorough and timely manner and in a way meeting the requirements of DHS 63 Position Requirements Ability to pass a background check Ability to communicate positively with a variety of different persons A strong sense of responsibility A good driving record Location Black River Falls Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time About the Organization Family & Children's Center is a regional, private, not-for-profit 501(c)3 agency that provides a continuum of services designed to strengthen families and promote individual well-being, including:
