About the Role Join our team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Specialist where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your focus will be on efficient transaction processes and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Your Responsibilities Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them with product inquiries, operations at the cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise, and processing various payment methods.
Deliver fast and accurate point of sale service in line with company standards, ensuring customers enjoy a courteous and efficient experience.
Achieve and strive to exceed personal performance goals, including credit and loyalty initiatives.
Maintain inventory accuracy by thoroughly completing point of sale transactions and following merchandise handling best practices.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members on service techniques, point of sale systems, and adherence to brand standards.
Engage in daily service activities including cash register balancing, change order processing, and restocking supplies.
As a team member, you will also be expected to: Act with integrity and promote teamwork in a positive and inclusive environment.
Make thoughtful decisions while working collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues.

What You Bring Required Skills: Outstanding customer service abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
No prior retail experience is necessary—enthusiasm and a positive attitude are what matter!
Must be at least 16 years old.
Availability to work varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills: Experience in client-facing roles in retail or the service sector.
Compensation ranges from $14.50 to $20.95 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
