Summary

Gingerbread Cottage Preschool is currently seeking a part-time afternoon or evening custodian to oversee the cleaning needs of the space used by Gingerbread Cottage Preschool, located in Glen Allen, VA.

Duties

Daily responsibilities include:

• Cleaning high touch point areas
• Vacuuming classrooms
• Mopping hallway/office
• Cleaning two common bathrooms
• Other cleaning as needed

Requirements

This position is needed for weekly part-time hours, from September until May each year, approximately 2 days per week (2 hours each day) totaling 4 hours per week (16-20 hours per month) with flexibility in employee's choice for start/end times in the afternoon or evening.

Must be able to use school-provided chemicals and cleaning products to clean the space that meet childcare licensing standards. Must be able to provide their own transportation to the childcare center. Must be able to provide 2-3 professional references.
