Assess and document residents' functional abilities, including gait, strength, range of motion, balance, and mobility. Conduct observations and prepare evaluations, progress reports, discharges, and other essential documentation. Guide residents in performing specific exercises to enhance their physical health. Utilize various treatment techniques such as soft-tissue mobilization and exercise progression. Assist residents with necessary equipment and devices. Educate residents on effective exercise techniques to strengthen muscles and improve functionality. Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' privacy. Comply with all federal, state, and local legal and professional standards. Contribute positively to team objectives and goals. Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current New Jersey State PT License. Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
